This company is professional, super super super super did I mention super customer service and timely responses! I made a custom order and received it the very next day, after I was told by other companies I could not get my sculpture delivered until 5-7 business days. It takes a lot for me to actually sit down and write a review, so when and if I do it is ONLY because I want you to be just as happy as I am if you choose their services!
Ordering was easy. There was a good selections of what I was looking for. They shipped almost immediately and arrived ahead of schedule. I was thrilled!

What a wonderful experience! I ordered a large plaque -- did the design and lettering in a few minutes, and ordered it all on line! Imagine getting it delivered in less than 48 hours -- It is terrific!-- if you need a special gift for a special occasion, Crown is the answer. You won't be disappointed!!
Very fast delivery. My only problem was that several of the trophies had decals that had fallen off and didn't want to stick back in place. Otherwise, they were, as always, exactly what I ordered and a very good deal.

Impossible to get assistance with customer service. It is all about "I can't" do a simple request, and even when you find someone that is willing to help, they don't follow through making it worse!

No customer service after hours unless you want to talk to a phone bank in a foreign country that can't help with there is an issue. Don't take ownership when the delivery did not arrive on time. Disappointing... advise you to go somewhere elese.

Definitely a legitimate company - I've ordered from there and my experience was great! All promises were delivered upon. I was able to get my order in about 24 hours. Great service!

No, Crown is a reputable company. We've ordered medals in the past for my daughter's gymnastics day party. Great quality medals.
